1. Referral service only
Pro Home Services is an independent referral service. We do not directly perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, window, construction, or other trade work. We connect consumers with participating independent providers.
2. Provider relationship
The provider you reach is an independent business. Any estimate, diagnosis, scope of work, price, appointment, license, insurance, warranty, and service agreement is between you and that provider unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
3. Availability and service areas
Provider coverage can vary by location, time, service type, capacity, and other factors. A page or advertisement does not guarantee that a provider is available or that a requested service can be completed.
4. Pricing and qualifications
Pro Home Services does not set or guarantee provider pricing. Before authorizing work, confirm the provider's identity, local licensing and permit requirements, insurance, pricing, cancellation terms, warranties, and scope of work.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, automated abuse, harassment, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to disrupt or bypass access controls.
6. Website information
Information is provided for general referral and navigation purposes and may change without notice. We aim for accurate descriptions but do not promise that every page, provider, availability statement, or external resource will be complete or current at all times.
7. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Home Services is not responsible for the independent provider's work, conduct, availability, pricing, representations, property damage, scheduling, or service outcome. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
