Pro Home Services is an independent customer referral service that connects homeowners with licensed and insured local trade specialists (including plumbers, electricians, and HVAC contractors). Pro Home Services is not a licensed contracting company and does not directly perform home improvement or repair services.
2. Independent Contractors & Licensing
All service professionals in our referral network operate as independent businesses. While we strive to partner with qualified and licensed technicians, it is the homeowner's responsibility to confirm that any contractor hired possesses the specific local license, permits, and insurance required in their municipal jurisdiction.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Guarantees
All work estimates, pricing, guarantees, and contracts are negotiated directly between the homeowner and the independent contractor. Pro Home Services does not warrant, guarantee, or assume liability for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services rendered.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Pro Home Services or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from communications or contracts made with referred independent service providers.
